The competitively orientated Badminton Academy of BK Ljubljana labours to produce players, capable of competition at the highest international levels.

Our badminton academy is a selected group of individuals, who work and train together, prioritizing badminton above all else. Through intense training up to three times per day, these players strive to achieve competitive results at the highest international level. Academy programme includes several periods of high intensity physical preparations per year, during which players must also include in their practice active regeneration methods such as full body flexibility trainings, specialized fitness methods and sauna. During the off-season summer break, namely in august, academy players train collectively at the seaside, gaining strength and physical conditioning for the upcoming season.
